Meditation will help you to sleep better, and the more rest you get as apposed to laying awake worrying will relieve your stress. Taking a vacation and changing your routine are also great to reduce stress. Many of us in this fast world forget that we need time away from our normal daily routine and put off going on vacation or taking a break. This is very necessary and even a weekend away will help.
